Machu Picchu 4 days 3 nights

Once you arrive in Cusco, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport or land terminal to transfer you to your respective hotel, along the way we will be providing you with all the necessary information about your stay in Cusco and then begin the City tour.

We will begin our tour by visiting the Temple of Qoricancha, it was the most important temple during the Inca empire, the first place to visit is the temple of the sun, our tour will be 45 minutes. and then board our mobility and go to the upper part of Cusco where we will visit the archeological complex of Sacsayhuaman, Sacsayhuaman comes from the Quechua language which means “satisfied falcon” it was one of the most important archeological sites of the Inca empire. We will continue visiting the archeological site of Qenqo considered the temple of Pachamama. Then we will visit Pukapukara and finally Tambomachay, which is the water temple.

Our tour will end at approximately 7:00pm, where we will drop you off at your respective Hotel.

This day we will begin with pick-up from your hotel between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and you will be driven through the mountains of Cusco to the Sacred Valley. Our first destination will be the town of Chinchero, where we will learn everything about camelids wool weaving (llama, alpaca, vicuña, etc.), we will continue our trip to Moray, where we will be able to appreciate the famous circular platforms, studies carried out show that it was a place of agricultural research. We will visit the Salineras de Maras that have more than 3000 wells of different sizes.

We will continue our journey until we reach the town of Urubamba, where our buffet lunch will be waiting for us. Once we have recovered our energy, we will visit our last archeological site in Ollantaytambo. We will visit the most important sites such as the Temple of the Sun and the Moon. At the end of our tour of Ollantaytambo we will go to the train station, where we will board our train that will take us to the town of Aguas Calientes where our guide will be waiting to take us to our respective Hotel and provide us with information for the next day.

This day is very important, because we will get to know Machu Picchu, we will have our breakfast and then go to the bus station, where we will board the first bus that will take us to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu (travel time 20 min). Upon arrival our guide will take you to the entrance of the sanctuary where you will have to present your entry ticket, we will begin our guided tour for approximately 2 hours, where we will visit the temple of the moon, the temple of the sun, the temple of the condor and Inca workshops.

After approximately 2 hours our guide will say goodbye to the group and you will be able to visit Machu Picchu on your own. Afterwards we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes, if you wish you can go to the thermal baths (optional). Finally we will board our train that will take us back to the town of Ollantaytambo, where our mobility is waiting for you to return to the city of Cusco.

You will have the morning free to relax and visit Cusco on your own.
