What does the 2 days Rainbow Mountain tour consist of?

This tour combines hiking, nature, and Andean culture on a two-day route to the famous Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca). It includes high mountain landscapes, a night’s camping, and the opportunity to enjoy a more comprehensive experience than a traditional single-day tour.

Why choose the 2 days option instead of the 1 day tour?

Where do you spend the night during the tour?

The night is spent at a campsite located near the route to Rainbow Mountain. Camping equipment is provided by the agency, but it’s recommended to bring a sleeping bag suitable for low temperatures, as nights can be chilly in the area.

Is it necessary to hire an authorized agency to do this trek?

Since access to Rainbow Mountain is regulated to preserve its natural heritage, traveling with a guide not only ensures compliance with local rules, but also guarantees a safe and enriching experience. A dream trip with a dream team

I had the most wonderful time in my visit to Cuzco and Machu Picchu with Andean Road. Jim who is a native from Cuzco truly loves and knows his city by heart, he was able to recommend the best places and activities on that dreamlike spot. The trip by train to Machu Picchu town and the Inca citadel was well organized, I didn’t have to worry about the tickets or logistics and just focused on making great memories for life .
